Psycho Path Makeup Artists Taking Part in Tornado Scenario

Psycho Path owner and makeup artist Victor Marquez and head makeup artist Beth Bender Bey are at the Oklahoma City fairgrounds today taking part in a tornado disaster scenario.  Our two makeup artists will be making wounds, bruises and other injuries for victims of the mock tornado.
There are about ten artists making up around 200 actors.  They have three hours to apply wounds and bruises.
There will also be a mock disaster in Tulsa on May 1.  Many of the makeup artists and actors involved in Oklahoma City will also be in Tulsa.
We wish everyone luck and are thankful to them for helping the community prepare for a possible tornado strike.

Psycho Path Haunted Attraction Needs You!

Psycho Path Haunted Attraction has plans to create a third attraction in the near future. We are planning on this third attraction to be a walk through trail.

We are asking our friends on facebook, twitter, and Myspace to help us with ideas on a theme for our newest attraction. The individual who submits the idea we like best will receive a prize.

In addition we are looking for ideas for a Shadowbox room as well as a scene on the trail. Again the individual who comes up with the idea we like best will win a prize.

Psycho Path Haunted Attraction may or may not use ideas suggested to us.

Good luck!

"Clickyfingers"

There’s a good chance that those of you who have come to Psycho Path Haunted Attraction in the past, have encountered a creepy member of the undead that enjoys making a startling clicking sound. He’s probably scared you to the point of making a mess. “Clickyfingers” is one of our most famous monsters at Psycho Path and a lot of you want to know who he is and where he comes from. Well now we have a little bit of insight on Psycho Path’s “Clickyfingers.”

“Clickyfingers” has been haunting the trails of Psycho Path since the first year of operation, when he responded to an ad seeking scary people to haunt a wooded trail. He remembers hiding behind a tree along the trail at the back of the woods because there wasn’t any other place to hide. This was long before the hillbilly tunnel and Singapore areas were built.

Back then he hadn’t developed his spine tingling growl, so “Clickyfingers” relied on his clicky fingers and stealthy speed to scare the brave souls who ventured into the woods.

He roamed the trail scaring anywhere and everywhere to make sure every guest got his or her fair share of good scares.

These nights the trail has many dedicated monsters, so he roams the woods in his capacity as Director of Scaring to help train new ghosts and ghouls who appear each year to make nightmares come true.

He loves making grown men scream like little girls, so he will always be out there to appear when you least expect him. If you’re lucky he’ll growl in your ear and disappear again into the fog. If you’re not lucky he’ll do it again… and again… and again!

If you want to know more about other Psycho Path Haunted Attraction monsters keep an eye on our blog for further news posts.

Former Horseman and "Scareage" Driver Servin in Afghanistan

Anthony Marquez, our former Headless Horseman and Scareage Driver as well as nephew of owner Victor Marquez, is a member of the United States Marine Corps and is currently serving in Afghanistan. He was deployed in March and is scheduled to return in Mid October.
Dressed as the Headless Horseman, he scared many visitors as he rode atop his blak steed, chasing down Ichabod Crane across the Sleepy Hollow Bridge at Psycho Path Haunted Attractio. If he wasn't lopping off heads, then he was leading guests to their doom as one of our "Scareage" drivers.
In addition to his acting at Psycho Path Haunted Attraction, Anthony took part in the construction of many of the elaborate sets you see on the ride.
Anthony's presence has been missed these past few years, since he joined the Marines, shortly after graduating from high school, but we are thankful for his as well as the service of all the men and women in our nation's military.
If you want to know more about Anthony and his service for our nation, you can read untilanthonycomeshome.blogspot.com a blog that covers Anthony's story from his mother's point of view.
